Coffee is personal. So is how we handle things.

At caféHUMILDE, we take a lot of pride in what goes into every bag — the sourcing, the roast, the whole thing. So if something's off, we want to know about it.


All Sales Are Final (but hear us out)

Coffee is perishable, which means once it's out the door, we can't take it back. No returns, no exchanges — that's just the nature of the bean. But that doesn't mean we leave you hanging if something goes wrong.


Something's Not Right? Let's Fix It.

If your order shows up damaged, tastes way off, or isn't what you ordered — reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Just shoot us an email at info@cafehumilde.com with:

  • Your order number
  • What happened
  • A photo if you've got one

We're not here to make you jump through hoops. If it's our fault, we own it.


Wrong Bag? Missing Something?

Got the wrong coffee or something missing from your order? Contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it out — no extra cost, no hassle.


Want to Cancel?

No problem — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Once it's on its way, we can't stop it.

Just email us at info@cafehumilde.com with your order number and we'll take care of it within 1–2 business days.


Shipping Out of Our Hands

Once your order leaves us, it's in the carrier's world. We can't control delays or weather, but if your package goes missing entirely, get in touch and we'll figure it out together.
