Resting Notice
We roast every coffee light to bring out the best of what's in the bag. The natural fruit, the sweetness, the acidity that comes from how and where each coffee was grown. It's an intentional choice.
After roasting, the coffee needs time to rest and settle before it tastes the way it should. We do that part for you, resting every batch 7 to 14 days before it's ever listed in the shop, so that when it arrives, it's ready to brew.
